Both Industrial PCs enable the use of up to 100 movers.
An Industrial PC from Beckhoff with the TwinCAT 3 automation software is used as the central component for controlling the XTS linear transport system. The data is processed centrally on this using the PC-based control technology approach. This results in various advantages for the user.

On the one hand, a diagnosis and a demand-driven real-time coupling of the functions of a production process and the hardware can be carried out particularly easily using a variety of function modules. On the other hand, the data also provide a good basis for predictive maintenance.

Depending on the length of the route, the number of movers and other general application requirements, specific configurations of Beckhoff Industrial PCs are available. The existing product portfolio for the XTS is now being expanded to include the ultra-compact C6030 and C6032 industrial PCs.

Both industrial PCs enable the use of up to 100 movers with a maximum circumferential travel distance of 12 m (C6030) or 24 m (C6032). The scalable C603x series offers high computing power in what is currently the most compact format with a wide range of options for installation in the control cabinet.
