‍TheUNITED GRINDING Group intends to acquire the GF Machining Solutions Division(GFMS) of Georg Fischer AG (GF), Schaffhausen (Switzerland).

UNITEDGRINDING Group today announces the signing of an agreement with Georg FischerAG (GF) to acquire its GF Machining Solutions Division (GFMS) with the aim ofstrengthening its position in the market and serving its global customers witheven more comprehensive solutions. Together, UNITED GRINDING and GFMS will joinforces to become a global leader in ultra-precision machining. The transactionis valued between CHF 630 and 650 million and is expected to close in Q1/Q22025, subject to regulatory approvals.
