Yushin developed the space-saving palletizing robot “PA” series for the plastic injection molding industry. Palletizing robots have been in the manufacturing sector for several decades involving simple to complex applications of unloading and loading/stacking of products.

This “PA series” will meet a wide range of customer needs by offering a lineup of two models: The “PA-20” which supports a payload of 20 kg and the “PA-40” that support the same 40 kg. Reduction of installation space maximizes the advantages of Cartesian robots and placement around the beam structure with few columns ensures the freedom of layout. A minimal footprint creates fewer obstacles for conversion, with more room to add on. In addition, compared to gantry-type robots, there are fewer obstructive stanchions that are placed around the robot, allowing for a free layout like that of an articulated robot.
- Easy and quick introduction. The easy operation of the 7.5inch color touch panel controller has been highly evaluated in the molding industry and has claimed to be one of the safest and easiest controller to operate, even for the first-time worker. The controller offers total control for smooth stacking operation with the Automap Feature. Leave everything to the robot to calibrate multiple positions as it recognizes reference aligned positions.
